Rich Jeffries

Full-stack developer and AI platform architect. 28+ years of experience, from enterprise infrastructure at the Microsoft/Channel Nine joint venture in Sydney through e-commerce platforms to production AI systems.

After an 8-year hiatus, I came back to technology in 2025 and built a complete AI stack from bare metal up — GPU inference servers, multi-tier model routing, agent orchestration, and a multi-tenant platform for AI identity and memory.

I believe the future of AI is sovereign — organisations owning their models, their data, and their infrastructure. Not renting capability from companies whose interests aren't aligned with yours.
